We've been in business for over 20 years. I've had plenty of merchant processor's. This is the ONLY company that I've ever had that actually answers the phone and it's not automated. Melissa address any and every issue I've ever had! I don't need to sit and wait and press 2 for this 4 for that etc.... She answers, figures it out and stays in contact with you until she knows it's resolved. Josh on other hand will fly out to me in Byron Center if I need anything! (I am actually shocked to see anything other than an excellent reviews for their hard work & efforts!)

Have been working with Premier for many years. As a contractor we process a large amount of money through credit cards. Keeping the processing fee down is absolutely critical. I do shop them from time to time. No one beats theirs prices or the level of service. I highly recommend this company!!!!!
