We’ve been in business for over 20 years. I’ve had plenty of merchant processor’s. This is the ONLY company that I’ve ever had that actually answers the phone and it’s not automated. Melissa address any and every issue I’ve ever had! I don’t need to sit and wait and press 2 for this 4 for that etc…. She answers, figures it out and stays in contact with you until she knows it’s resolved. Josh on other hand will fly out to me in Byron Center if I need anything! (I am actually shocked to see anything other than an excellent reviews for their hard work & efforts!)
